Terms of service
Effective from: October 2026
These terms govern the use of the QR Imago service – memorial pages and QR-code plaques – between Yahart, s.r.o. (“we”) and you as the customer. By creating an account or ordering a package you agree to them.
Provider
The service is operated by Yahart, s.r.o., Hurbanova 586/19, 920 01 Hlohovec, company ID 50470647, VAT ID SK2120336416. Contact: info@qrimago.io.
What the service includes
A memorial page with its own address and QR code that you create and manage in your account: photographs, life story, events, visitors' tributes and directions to the grave. Depending on the package, the page is available for one year, five years, ten years or permanently. You can order a QR-code plaque for the gravestone to go with it.
Order and payment
You order the package and the plaque in your account and pay by card through the Stripe payment gateway; your card details never reach us. Prices include VAT. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed, after which we e-mail you the receipt.
Plaque
We produce the plaque in the chosen finish and ship it to the address in the order within the time stated at checkout. You attach it yourself with the adhesive tape on the back. If it is damaged or lost, you can order a replacement plaque with the same code.
Withdrawal from the contract
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The memorial page is made available immediately after payment and you consent to it being made available before the period expires; once the page is published the right of withdrawal therefore lapses. The plaque is made to order with your unique code and cannot be returned – a faulty or damaged plaque will of course be replaced.
Page content
The family that entered the content of the memorial page is responsible for it. You declare that you have the right to use the uploaded photographs and texts and that the content does not infringe the rights of others. Visitors' tributes are published only after your approval. We may remove content that is unlawful or plainly offensive; we will notify you if we do.
Duration and renewal
When the package expires the page goes dormant: instead of the content a notice is shown that it can be renewed. We keep the content for another year so that renewing brings it back without loss. The permanent package applies for as long as the service exists; should we have to discontinue it, we will give at least 12 months' notice and allow the content to be exported.
Account and family access
You can invite other family members to the memorial. You are responsible for the security of your password and for the actions of the people you grant access to. You can close your account at any time; this also ends access to memorials of which you are the sole owner.
Complaints
Send complaints about the plaque or the service to info@qrimago.io; we will resolve them within 30 days. Consumers may also contact the Slovak Trade Inspection or use alternative dispute resolution.
Final provisions
The contractual relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We may amend these terms; we will inform you of material changes by e-mail at least 30 days in advance, and for packages already paid for, the version in force at the time of the order applies. Data protection is described in a separate document.
