What is QR Imago and who is it for?
An online memorial page for a loved one, linked to a QR plaque on the gravestone. The family keeps photographs, the life story, videos and tributes there; anyone who comes to the grave opens it by scanning the code with a phone – no app needed.
Is it for ordinary people, not just well-known figures?
Yes. It is for anyone who wants to keep the memory of someone close – parents, grandparents, a partner or a friend. You create the page yourself in a few minutes.
How much does a memorial page cost?
The account is free; you pay only for a package: Remembrance for 1 year, Memory for 5 years, Legacy for 10 years or Eternity for good – prices are in the price list above. The QR plaque is bought separately; the Eternity package includes the plastic plaque, and for a metal one you pay only the difference.
When and how do I pay?
By card when ordering the package, securely through Stripe. You can prepare the page in advance as a draft and pay once it is ready – it is published right after payment.
Can I buy just the page, without a plaque?
Yes. When choosing a package select “no plaque”; the page works without it and the link can be shared. You can order the plaque any time later in the editor – the code stays the same.
Why pay for a page?
You get a lasting, safe place for memories that you can edit and share at any time – with no advertising and data stored on a server in the European Union.
Can I create a page for someone who died long ago?
Yes, at any time. If you only know the year of birth or death, the year is enough – the page shows it without an exact date.
What happens to the page when the package expires?
Visitors who scan the code see a dignified page with the name and years and a note that the family can renew it. The content stays stored for another year; after renewal the page comes back exactly as it was. We e-mail you 60 and 14 days before the end, and the new period is added to the end of the current one.
Can the page be shared only with family, or publicly too?
You decide. A public page opens for anyone who scans the code or has the link. A private page is hidden from search engines and opens only for people you give the code or link to.
What content can I add to the page?
Photographs with captions, the life story (typed or dictated), a timeline of events, a quote, video, a favourite song or voice recording and directions to the grave. Several people in one grave can be joined into a family tomb. Visitors can light a candle, send flowers or leave a message.
Who approves visitors' messages?
The family. A new message arrives by e-mail and is published only after you approve it; you can also switch messages off entirely.
Is the platform safe and private?
Data is stored on a server in the European Union; we do not sell it or use it for advertising. The public page sets no tracking cookies for visitors. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I build the page up gradually?
Yes, you can add and change content at any time – even after publishing. You can invite other family members to help edit.
In which language do visitors see the page?
The frame of the page (headings, buttons, dates) adapts to the visitor's language – Slovak, Czech, English, German, Polish and Hungarian. Your own text stays as you wrote it.
Can I create a page for a pet?
Yes, the platform is suitable for remembering animals too.
Can I create a page for myself?
Yes. You can prepare your own space in advance, just as you want it, and entrust access to your family.
Can the storage be extended?
Every memorial has 1 GB for photographs, videos and recordings. If you need more, get in touch.
Which designs are available?
Six: Vesper, Lumen, Eden, Aura, Elysium and Astra. You can change the design and the banner from the library at any time; the content stays. Custom adjustments are possible by arrangement.
How do I add printed photographs to a digital page?
Just photograph or scan them and upload. In the editor you can crop, rotate and caption them.
Can I dictate the life story?
Yes. In the editor press Record and talk as you would to your grandchildren. We transcribe the recording and tidy it into a readable story – you check it, edit it and save. The number and length of recordings per memorial are limited.
